  Prior to serving three terms as Attorney General for the State of Rhode Island, Jim O’Neil served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Boston, MA and Providence, RI.  As a prosecutor, Mr. O’Neil conducted hundreds of grand jury investigations and successfully tried a myriad of cases.  He has appeared before the First Circuit Court of Appeals on twenty-two occasions.
